If you think WWE is just about guys in tights throwing chairs at each other, think again! WWE is much more than that: it's a true spectacle, a mix of drama and choreographed fights. And where does all of this reach its peak? At WWE's major events, of course! Get ready for the glitter and pyrotechnics, because we're about to talk about the most epic shows on the planet.

WrestleMania: The Super Bowl of Wrestling

Let’s start with WrestleMania, the equivalent of the Super Bowl, except you swap touchdowns for body slams. It’s THE night where every wrestler dreams of shining, where the most intense rivalries are settled in the ring, and where the arena is packed with screaming fans. If you thought the Oscars had spectacle, you’ve never seen John Cena roll into a stadium on a tank or The Undertaker show up with an army of zombies.

Since its inception in 1985, WrestleMania has become a global phenomenon, attracting millions of viewers and a few celebrities on the side (because, why not?). Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin… all the biggest names have left their mark on this legendary stage. Pyros explode, titles are on the line, and historic moments happen faster than you can say "Tombstone Piledriver."

And the audience? They experience every moment as if they were in the ring themselves, screaming, applauding, and sometimes crying (yes, there are emotions in wrestling, even if it’s hard to admit with muscles that big).

Royal Rumble: An Epic Battle Royale

Next, there’s the Royal Rumble. Imagine 30 wrestlers (or wrestlers!) entering the ring one by one every 90 seconds, with one goal: throw the others over the top rope. And we’re not talking about a friendly little shove, no. You need to launch them out of the ring like they’re flying sacks of potatoes.

The Royal Rumble is a completely unpredictable event. It can start with two titans of the ring and end with a totally unexpected underdog, like a 120 kg wrestler you thought was lost in the 90s. We’ve seen legends return for a night, unlikely alliances form... and of course, betrayals worthy of a drama series.

The winner of the Rumble? They get a prime spot in the title match at WrestleMania. So, it’s the golden ticket to glory... or to a major beating.

SummerSlam: The Summer Wrestling Festival

If you thought summer was just about BBQs and poolside cocktails, then you haven't seen SummerSlam yet.

Think of it as WWE's summer "party." It's the beach... but with submission holds. Heated rivalries that have been building for months finally explode in the ring, under the summer heat (and a lot of sweat). SummerSlam is also the time for totally wild matches, because it's summer, and in wrestling, summer means extravagance.

It's also one of the four major events of the year (along with WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, and Survivor Series). In short, if you love wrestling, SummerSlam is the cherry on top. The tan is optional, but high-flying moves and punches certainly are not!

Survivor Series: When Teams Clash

Ah, Survivor Series, the event where friendship takes on a whole new meaning. Here, teams of wrestlers face off in elimination tag matches. Thought forming a team was easy? Think again. It only takes one betrayal in the middle of a match for everything to go south (and trust me, that happens a lot).

Survivor Series is often the stage for tensions between WWE’s different brands: RAW versus SmackDown, like a giant football match, but with a lot more kicks to the ribs. And of course, everyone wants to be the last one standing, the ultimate survivor.

In short, it's like playing Monopoly with the family at Christmas, but with more fights (well, almost).

Money in the Bank: The WWE Jackpot Version

You know that moment in Monopoly when you draw the "bank error" card and scoop up all the money? Well, in WWE, it’s called Money in the Bank, except the jackpot isn’t cash—it’s a briefcase! But not just any briefcase: it contains a contract for a championship match that can be cashed in anytime, anywhere. Opportunism is king here.

Imagine this: your champion is about to win an intense match, they're on the brink of exhaustion... and then, BAM, someone runs in with the briefcase, cashes in, and dethrones them in the blink of an eye. It's like someone stealing your pizza right after you've spent 30 minutes baking it. Except here, it's totally legal (and pretty spectacular).

These big events are what make the WWE so fascinating: you never know what's going to happen next. Each show is designed to be bigger, more flamboyant and, of course, more full of drama than the last. Between unexpected comebacks, historic matches, and ‘OMG’ moments, there's always something to thrill fans.

So get your popcorn ready, put on your championship belts, and see you at WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series!

I promise, you'll never watch wrestling in the same way again.
